SHIPPING POLICY

 

We aim to ship all orders placed by 11am Monday - Friday on the same day (excluding bank holidays). Please note that processing time is in addition to the postage option you selected at checkout. 

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch (info@evieandfionn.com) prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

 

Royal Mail – Tracked 48

Local Deliveries (BT35 only) is free.

Our £4.98 standard delivery is provided by Royal Mail 48-hour, this service takes 2-4 business days. Upon dispatch your parcel will typically take 2-3 working days to be delivered.

 

Royal Mail – Tracked 24

Our £5.65 premium delivery is provided by Royal Mail 24-hour, this service takes 1-3 business days. Upon dispatch your parcel will typically get delivered the next working day.

 

Republic of Ireland – Royal Mail – Tracked

Orders to Ireland are charged at £7.90 with First Class Royal Mail and takes 3-4 working days.

 

International Shipping 

Orders to Europe are charged at £9.99

International Orders to the rest of the world are charged at £13.99

Please note that all shipments outside of the UK and Ireland may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Evie and Fionn products.
